Timbale.net exists because timbales are usually a footnote — three paragraphs on a general drum site, written by someone who has never set up a pair. We cover only timbales and the percussion around them, in depth, for people who play or want to.

What we publish

Buying guides and reviews built around the questions that matter in practice (rim durability, hardware quality, real stage stability), a free structured lesson series, maintenance and setup guides, and history — because the vocabulary of this instrument only makes sense with the recordings it came from.

Our standards

No thin pages published to chase a keyword. No fake "lab testing" theater.
